About Dr. Thad
Dr. Thad A. Schroeder graduated from the University Of Kentucky College Of Dentistry in his hometown of Lexington, Kentucky. While at the University of Kentucky, he was awarded the Janet Lee Leadership award, the Class of 1967 award, Dan Seaver Memorial Scholarship and was recognized by Dr. Jeff Okeson for his achievements in the study and treatment of Orofacial Pain. As the president of the American Student Dental Association, he was a leader for students and a passionate proponent for organized dentistry. Upon graduation he began working with his father, Dr. Fred Schroeder, at Schroeder Cosmetic and Family Dentistry.
Dr. Thad is a charismatic, positive and motivated dentist in Lexington. Through his involvement in local study clubs, passion for organized dentistry and continued dedication to his profession, Dr. Thad has the education to stay current with philosophy, technology and science in the evolving world of dentistry. In particular, Dr. Thad excels at routine dental procedures and also in the treatment of orofacial pain. In the last year he has completed coursework for complex full mouth reconstruction cases.
Outside of the office, Dr. Thad loves nothing more than spending time with his two boys Maks and Beckham. He enjoys outdoor adventures, gardening, fishing and is constantly trying new hobbies. Dr. Thad and the boys can be found enjoying the parks and nature spaces that are plentiful Kentucky. In his spare time, Dr. Thad enjoys volunteer work and giving back to the community. He has raised money for Mission Lexington Dental Clinic and is involved in “Give Kids A Smile” events.
About Dr. Bright
Dr. Madison Bright graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2013, and went on to study dentistry at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. While at UK, she was awarded the Dorothy Cavins Memorial Scholarship for Academic Excellence, and a University of Kentucky College of Dentistry Academic Excellence Scholarship.
Upon receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, Dr. Bright entered private practice, through which she has loved treating patients over the last 7 years. Dr. Bright has additional training in Botox administration for migraine relief, TMJ Disorders and cosmetics. In addition to general dentistry, she enjoys providing her patients with Invisalign therapy, and has a special interest in Sleep Dentistry. She will care for your entire family, and loves seeing infants and children starting at age one.
Dr. Bright is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two sons. She is a member of St. Leo Catholic Church, and enjoys family time and volunteering with the Distinguished Young Women of Kentucky Program. She is thrilled to be a part of the Schroeder team, and hopes to care for you and your family for many years to come.
